Do you create manual test cases?
Yes, if needed.
What browser tests are going to run in?
I create tests for Google Chrome. If additional browser is needed, we can discuss this and try to get done within your package
Can I run tests in parallel?
I don't include this into any package, because paralellization is not needed at low number of tests. But I design my code to make tests independent, so you can parallelyze tests easily in future.
