1. What information do you need to start?
Please describe the problem, what you expected to happen, and any error messages you see. I may also need temporary SSH access to the server and relevant configuration details.
2. Do I need to provide SSH access?
For most server troubleshooting tasks, yes. SSH access is usually required to inspect logs, services and configuration. Whenever possible, please provide temporary credentials or a temporary SSH key that can be removed after the work is completed.
3. Can you work with Docker and Nginx?
Yes. I can troubleshoot Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx, reverse proxy configurations, containers, systemd services and common Linux deployment issues.
4. Can you guarantee that my problem will be fixed?
I will diagnose and work on the issue within the purchased time.
