I will paint a scene based on your reference or verbal description. I mostly work in Procreate recently, but am fully able to paint in Photoshop if thats your requirement.

First, Ill do an initial sketch to get your feedback. After we agree on the concept, Ill proceed with the painting. I offer you 3-5 revisions (depends on the complexity of the scene), to make sure Im on the right track and youll get exactly what you came for.
