I run an online store for refurbished electronics in Switzerland. I manage product listings, pricing, orders and customer communication from start to finish: sourcing devices, writing accurate listings, setting prices, handling questions and payments, packing and shipping, and arranging pickups. Day to day this involves large product and customer lists in Excel and CSV. I clean up messy data, remove duplicates and keep records consistent across product lists, order exports and customer contacts. Typical work includes standardizing names, emails, phone numbers, dates and prices, merging lists from different sources, and flagging unclear entries for a decision instead of guessing. Customer communication is a big part of my work. I deal with questions about condition, shipping, payment and pickup in German and English, and I have developed a fast, consistent way to answer them. I have optimized my email handling so that routine messages are sorted quickly, replies follow the same clear and friendly tone, and nothing important gets lost. Every message is still reviewed and sent by me personally. I also build personalized workflows around my own business needs, for example for order follow-up, pickup scheduling and product data. I like turning repeated manual work into a clear, reliable process that saves hours every week. Tools I work with: Excel, CSV files, Gmail, WhatsApp Business and online marketplaces.
