Contact list or customer export full of mess? I turn it into clean data you can import into your CRM, newsletter tool or shop.
What I fix:
- Names and cities in the right capitals, extra spaces gone
- Emails checked and standardised, invalid ones flagged
- Phone numbers in one format (Swiss and international)
- Mixed date formats turned into one clear format
- Prices and currency symbols turned into numbers
- Empty rows and columns removed
- Duplicates found and merged, also across files
What makes this different: every order comes with a short change report (what was fixed, how many cells, which rows were removed and why). Doubtful entries are flagged for you instead of guessed. Nothing is deleted without being listed.
You send: your file (xlsx or csv), the column that identifies a duplicate (for example email) and your date style (31.12 or 12/31).
You get: a cleaned Excel and CSV file, the change report and a list of the few cells that need your decision.
I use AI-assisted tools to work fast and I check every file myself before delivery. Your file is used only for your order and deleted afterwards. Message me first if your file is unusual (several sheets, scanned PDF).

Do you keep my data?
No. Your file is used only for your order and is deleted after the order is complete.
Which file formats do you accept?
xlsx and .csv. For Google Sheets, download the sheet as .xlsx first. For old .xls files, please save as .xlsx before sending.
How do you decide what is a duplicate?
By the column you choose, usually email. If two rows share it but differ elsewhere, I flag them for you instead of deleting.
