FAQ
Is my data secure during this process?
Security is paramount. I follow best practices for API authentication and never store your sensitive data. Once the handover is complete, you can revoke access or update your credentials.
What is Make.com, and how is it better than Zapier?
Make.com (formerly Integromat) offers a visual way to build complex workflows. Unlike Zapier, it allows for advanced data manipulation, branching logic, and infinite steps at a much more affordable price point, making it ideal for scaling busin
Can you really automate a ghostwriting or content business?
Absolutely. For Josh, we automated the flow from a Google Form intake to AI-generated outlines, drafting in Google Docs, and sending the final files via email. If your process follows a logic, I can automate it.
Do I need a paid Make.com account?
It depends on your volume. Make.com has a generous free tier, but for complex multi-step scenarios or high-frequency tasks, a Core or Pro plan is usually recommended. I’ll help you choose the right one.
Which apps can you connect with Make?
I can connect 1000+ apps, including Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Shopify, Airtable, Notion, and various AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic). If an app has an API, I can make it talk to your workflow.
Can you handle complex data filtering and formatting?
Yes. Whether it’s converting JSON, formatting dates, or filtering leads based on specific criteria, I use Make’s advanced functions to ensure your data arrives exactly how you need it.
What happens if a scenario runs into an error?
I don’t just build flows; I build resilient flows. I include error-handling "directives" that automatically retry or notify you if something goes wrong, ensuring your business doesn't stop.
