Influencer and UGC Manager

Confidential • Full-time

Sep 2025 - Present • 1 yr 1 mo

I run UGC and influencer campaigns for B2C mobile and web apps targeting the US, UK, Europe, Spain and LATAM. - Recruit and vet creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X, using real view data instead of follower counts - Manage the full creator lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, briefing, account warm-up, posting and payouts - Review performance every week to find winning hooks and formats, and scale what drives installs and trials - Report to clients in their own metrics (installs, trials, sign-ups), not vanity views - Since 2026 also Head of Partnerships: B2B outreach to UGC agencies and creator academies in LATAM and Spain.
