I handle fixes, improvements, feature additions and small builds across WordPress and Divi, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify and custom HTML/CSS, subject to access and compatibility.
Typical work includes mobile and responsive layout issues; styling, content and navigation changes; forms, embeds, galleries, maps, chat and analytics; events, bookings, memberships, payments, shipping and inventory; landing pages and small multi-page builds.
The $95 One Fix package covers one agreed issue on one page. For several fixes, a new feature or a full website, message me first for a clear custom quote.
Before work begins, I confirm the scope. Where the platform allows it, I use a backup, staging site or restore point, make the agreed change, test it on desktop and mobile, and provide evidence plus a plain-English handover.
Complex ecommerce, membership, payment, shipping, inventory and bespoke integrations must be checked and quoted before ordering. One Fix does not include malware removal, guaranteed rankings or unscoped custom software.

I help small businesses repair, improve and build practical websites without turning the work into an open ended project. I handle responsive layout issues, forms, navigation, HTML and CSS repairs, WordPress and Divi editing, new sections, and simple one page or small multi page builds. My process is controlled: agree a clear scope, verify a backup or staging route, make only approved changes, test fresh desktop and mobile views, and provide before-and-after evidence. I am UK based, communicate plainly and will say before starting if a request needs a different specialist.

Will you work on the live site?
Only after a verified rollback point. Staging is preferred. If the site cannot be backed up or safely isolated, I pause and explain the options.
Can you guarantee a PageSpeed score or Google ranking?
No. I measure and improve the agreed issue, but hosting, third-party scripts, real-user data and search algorithms sit outside a fixed-scope guarantee.
Are premium plugins or licences included?
No new paid licence is included unless you approve it separately. I use existing licensed tools or a suitable free route where possible.
How many revisions are included?
One correction is included if the agreed issue does not pass the written acceptance check. New functions, pages or preferences are quoted separately.
Which website platforms can you work with?
WordPress and Divi, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify and custom HTML/CSS, subject to access and compatibility. If your platform is not listed, message me before ordering and I will check it.
Can you build a complete website?
Yes. I can quote focused landing pages and small multi-page sites after we agree the platform, pages, content, features, access and timing. Full builds are custom orders, not included in One Fix.
Can you add payments, memberships or ecommerce features?
Often, yes, after I check the platform, current setup, provider requirements, licences and a safe testing route. These features are not included in One Fix and need a custom quote before ordering.
