Olivia is very friendly and understanding, I had a good time working with her. She made the lesson fun and engaging for a beginner! She also gave me some exercises to work with after the lesson was over, so I was self sufficient for a bit after.

Olivia was courteous and exceptionally easy to work with. I had to reschedule our lesson due to a family emergency but she was helpful in getting this done and I appreciate her quick response and kindness.
