How do you charge for your services?
I offer competitive, affordable pricing based on the complexity and volume of work. My pricing can be structured in hourly rates, per transaction, or as part of a monthly or quarterly package from as little as £50. I always aim to provide the best value for your budget.
What accounting software do you use?
I am well versed in Xero and QuickBooks, and I can handle both platforms with ease. If you are already using another software, such as Sage 50 or FreeAgent, I can adapt and work with it as well. Let me know what you’re using, and I’ll ensure a smooth transition
Can you handle payroll as well?
Whilst I can't submit the RTIs to HMRC, I can assist with posting the payroll journal from the payslips.
Can you submit my accounts?
No although i'm capable and well knowledged in the area I cannot prepare/submit financial statements or give tax advice
Do I need to provide you with all my receipts and invoices?
Yes, in order to ensure everything is accounted for accurately, I will need access to all your business receipts, invoices, and bank statements. We can set up a simple system for submitting these documents, whether through a shared folder, direct email, in person or via your accounting software.
Are your services VAT-inclusive?
I am not VAT registered so my pricing is inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
