At Cangmedia, my legal practice focused on the commercial realities of operating within media, advertising, and digital communications. I worked closely with creative and business teams to ensure campaigns, content initiatives, and client projects could move from concept to publication with the necessary legal protections in place. Content rights represented a significant area of my responsibilities. I examined the permitted use of photographs, video, music, written materials, trademarks, influencer content, and other creative assets, addressing licensing and ownership questions before materials were commercially released. I also shaped the legal terms behind relationships with clients, creators, agencies, advertisers, freelancers, and media partners. My involvement covered campaign deliverables, approval rights, compensation, exclusivity, confidentiality, content ownership, cancellation, and responsibility for third party claims. Advertising and public communications required careful legal scrutiny. I reviewed promotional claims, endorsements, sponsored content, brand representations, privacy considerations, and consumer facing materials to identify potential legal concerns without unnecessarily restricting creative execution. When ownership conflicts, unauthorized content use, payment disagreements, or campaign related disputes occurred, I assessed the parties' rights and developed appropriate responses. My work strengthened Cangmedia's control over creative assets, improved accountability in commercial relationships, and provided reliable legal support for an evolving media business.
