Do you need my login credentials?
Yes, for most fixes I'll need your WordPress admin username and password. For server-level issues I may also need cPanel or FTP access. All credentials are handled confidentially and I recommend changing your password after the work is done.
What if my issue is not listed?
Send me a message before ordering — describe the issue or send your URL. I'll review it within a few hours and let you know if I can fix it, and which package fits best. Most WordPress issues are solvable, even if they're not in the list above.
Will my site go down while you're fixing it?
No. I work directly on the live site without taking it offline unless absolutely necessary. For high-risk fixes (e.g. malware removal or major plugin conflicts) I'll enable maintenance mode temporarily so visitors see a clean page. I always take a full backup before starting any work.
Do you offer ongoing support after the fix?
Yes. My Premium package includes 1 month of priority support. If you need long-term maintenance beyond that, message me and we can set up a custom monthly arrangement. Many of my clients prefer this over dealing with one-off emergencies every few weeks.
