What do you need from me to start?
Your text or exercises (Word or Google Docs), page count, who will use the workbook, logo, brand colors and fonts, and examples you like. Message me first and I’ll confirm everything before you order.
How long does it take?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard 4 and Premium 7. Sending final text, logo and fonts at the start speeds things up. Late content changes or missing files slow it down.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to colors, fonts, layout, spacing or small text edits within the agreed design. Rewriting the workbook, adding many pages or a new concept is a new order or an extra.
Which package should I choose?
Basic suits a few worksheets, checklists or trackers. Standard suits an editable workbook with source file and clickable contents. Premium suits a full coaching or course workbook with cover images and a social media kit.
What file formats do I get?
A PDF ready to print or share, plus PNG or JPG cover images. Standard and Premium also include the editable Canva source file, so you can change exercises and text later.
Can readers type into the workbook?
Yes, as an extra. Fillable PDF fields let readers type into the pages on screen. Without it, the workbook is designed with clear writing space for printing or handwriting.
Who owns the design?
You do. Once delivered, you can use the workbook for clients, students or sale. I don’t resell your design. Canva’s licence rules apply to the elements used in it.
What is not included?
Writing the exercises or content, copyediting, uploading to your store, and KDP print formatting. Ask me if you need any of these and I’ll quote an extra.
I already have a workbook. Can you redesign it?
Yes. Send the current file or text and I’ll rebuild it in Canva with a new layout, cover and brand colors. I keep your content unless you ask me to change it.
Can you design a coaching workbook for my clients?
Yes. I design coaching and course workbooks with exercise pages, reflection sections, trackers and a branded cover. The questions and teaching content come from you.
