Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account or Telegram bot token?
Yes. For WhatsApp you'll need a Meta Business account (I'll help you set it up). For Telegram, just a bot token from BotFather — takes 2 minutes. I'll guide you through whichever platform you pick.
What if I need changes after the bot is delivered?
Each package includes set revisions (see above). Extra revisions can be added on. Minor tweaks are usually quick bigger changes like new features may need a custom quote.
Can the bot connect to my existing database or booking system?
Yes included in Premium, or available as an add-on for Basic/Standard. Tell me what system you use (Supabase, Firebase, Sheets, etc.) before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Basic = simple FAQ replies. Standard = natural AI conversations. Premium = database-connected + source code included. Message me before ordering if unsure I'll give you a straight answer.
Will the bot sound robotic or scripted?
Not on Standard/Premium — those use Claude AI for natural, context-aware replies. Basic is intentionally simple and rule-based, which fits straightforward FAQ handling.
