I’m a Mechanical/Piping Engineer with hands-on EPC experience delivering piping design, 3D modeling, and stress analysis for oil & gas, petrochemical, fertilizer, hydrogen, water injection, and offshore projects. At ONSPEC, I have worked on both greenfield and brownfield projects, handling piping activities from initial layout development through detailed engineering and IFC deliverables. My experience includes 3D plant modeling using **AVEVA E3D and AutoCAD Plant 3D**, preparation of piping layouts, plot plans, GA and isometric drawings, MTOs, PMS/VMS, tie-in lists, and standard piping supports. I also perform piping flexibility and stress analysis using CAESAR II, particularly for critical, modified, and high-risk piping systems, in accordance with applicable codes such as ASME B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8. My project experience includes ammonia and urea plant modifications, green hydrogen facilities, natural gas and PRMS systems, water injection and wastewater facilities, and offshore platform surveys and as-built development. I have also worked closely with process, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, procurement, and site teams to ensure that designs are technically coordinated and constructible. I focus on providing practical, accurate, and engineering-oriented solutions—not just drawings or models—with strong attention to design quality, constructability, standards compliance, and project requirements.

Conducted site visits to three offshore platforms as part of a TUV SÜD–related inspection and verification scope, supporting the assessment of existing facilities and site conditions. Performed field surveys, verified existing piping and equipment against available drawings and documentation, identified discrepancies and modifications, and supported the preparation and updating of as-built documentation based on actual site conditions.
