How fast can you fix my bug?
Most single bugs in the Basic package are fixed within 24–48 hours. Same-day fixes are available via Extra Fast Delivery.
What if the bug turns out to be bigger than expected?
I'll tell you upfront after diagnosis, before touching anything. If it's beyond scope, I'll recommend the right package or a custom offer. No surprise upcharges mid-project.
Do I need to give you full source code access?
Yes — I need access to the codebase (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or a zip). For websites, staging/production access and hosting credentials. Everything is treated as confidential and I sign NDAs on request.
What platforms and languages do you work with?
Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Next.js, React, WordPress, Shopify, Node.js, Supabase, Firebase. If you're not sure, message me — I'll confirm before you order.
What if the fix breaks something else?
Every fix is tested against the affected flows before delivery. If a related issue appears within the revision window, I fix it as part of the same order.
Do you provide a report?
Yes — Standard and Premium include a short technical report explaining what was wrong, what I changed, and how to prevent it in the future. Basic includes a short summary in the delivery message.
Can you also add a small feature while you're in there?
Yes — small additions can be quoted as a custom offer. For anything bigger, check my mobile app or website gigs.
My bug is intermittent and hard to reproduce. Can you still help?
Yes — those are the ones I like most. I'll set up proper logging and reproduction steps as part of the Premium package.
