What counts as one issue?
One problem with one cause, for example a payment error at checkout or one wrong shipping rate. If I find several separate causes, I show you first and you choose what to fix.
Will you break my live store?
No. I back up files and database first, and use a staging copy when your host allows it. I work from a temporary admin user that you delete after delivery. Every change can be undone.
What if my issue is bigger than the package?
I tell you before doing more work and send a custom offer. You never pay for work you didn't agree to.
Which plugins and themes do you work with?
WooCommerce core, the common shipping, payment and checkout plugins, Elementor and custom themes. I only use licensed plugins, and I'll tell you before anything needs buying.
Can you set delivery fees for my own areas?
Yes. Send your areas and fees in a spreadsheet. I load them as checkout areas with their own fees and free-delivery thresholds.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Custom code goes into one small plugin on your site, so theme updates never wipe it.
How many revisions are included?
Checkout Fix includes 1, Checkout + Shipping 2, Checkout System 3. A revision adjusts the work I delivered. New issues are a new order or a custom offer.
