What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin user and your hosting control panel (cPanel or similar). Many fixes need server logs, which only hosting access shows.
Will I lose any data?
No. I back up your files and database before changing anything, so every step can be undone.
What does one issue mean?
One problem with one cause, like a critical error after a plugin update. If I find several separate causes, I show you before fixing more.
What is in the 30 days of monitoring?
Uptime and plugin-failure alerts set up in your name. For 30 days I receive them too, so if anything goes down we both know straight away.
What happens after 30 days?
The alerts keep running in your name. If you want me to keep watching and handle updates, I offer monthly care through Fiverr.
How fast do you deliver?

How many revisions are included?
