FAQ
What do I actually get with each package?
Basic is a designed, clickable Figma prototype with a real design system, not a mockup. Standard is a working web application with a database and the integrations you need. Premium is custom software built from scratch, including AI features, cloud infrastructure, tests and a deploy pipeline.
Who owns the code when we finish?
You do, completely. Source code, database schema, runbooks and deploy scripts all transfer to you. We do not retain licences and we do not host anything you cannot move.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before you order and we will sign it.
Can you work with my existing codebase?
Yes. We take over existing projects, and we have completed a full backend replatform on a live product without downtime, moving from Supabase to AWS Aurora, Cognito, AppSync and S3.
Do you handle deployment and hosting?
Yes. We deploy to AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda, Aurora, CDK), GCP, Azure, Vercel, Supabase and traditional shared hosting. We set up the CI pipeline so a failing test never reaches production.
Which AI models do you work with?
Mostly Anthropic Claude and OpenAI, usually through OpenRouter so a model can be swapped without a rewrite. We have built AI agents with typed tools, retrieval grounded research over a verified corpus, invoice and document extraction, and cost routers that meter AI
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes. Native Android in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, against the same backend as the web client.
My project is bigger than the Premium package. What then?
Most of our work is. Message us first with the scope and we will send a custom offer. Premium is the starting point for custom software, not a ceiling.
How do revisions work?
Unlimited on every package, within the agreed scope. If the scope changes we will say so and quote the difference rather than quietly absorbing it.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. We hand over documentation and runbooks as standard, and we can stay on for a monthly retainer.
