No. Every render is custom-made in Mine-Imator and every layout is manually designed in Canva to ensure your design is unique to your brand.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the design?
I always aim for 5-star quality! I offer revisions to ensure we get it right. However, if we still can't reach a solution after the revisions, we can discuss a mutual cancellation. Please note that refunds are not available once the final files are accepted and the order is marked as complete.
Can you add custom items or mobs (creepers, dragons, etc.)?
Yes! I can include mobs, animals, or specific items like enchanted swords. Please specify this when ordering.
Can you work with "Slim" (Alex) or "Classic" (Steve) skin models?
