I will plan and execute your cloud migration to AWS gcp or oci
About this Gig
Migrating workloads between clouds or on-prem is where teams bleed time and money. Poor planning equals surprise outages, blown timelines, and late-night panic.
As a senior multi-cloud architect , I plan migrations that do not surprise youand execute them when you need hands-on help.
What You Get
- Migration Strategy: The right 6Rs approach for every workload.
- Service Mapping: Clear source-to-target replacement plans.
- Cutover & Rollback: Detailed execution blueprints.
- Hands-on Support: Optional execution and go-live assistance.
Supported Environments
- AWS, GCP, OCI, and on-prem infrastructures. Multi-step migrations are fully supported.
How We Work
- Message First: Let us discuss what is moving and why.
- NDA: Standard confidentiality agreement signed upfront.
- Scoping: I recommend the ideal package or custom quote.
- Execution: You receive a foolproof plan, with my hands on the keyboard if needed.
Tier Breakdown: Basic provides a migration plan only for self-execution. Standard adds execution assistance. Premium is end-to-end, covering planning, cutover, and go-live support.
High-stakes migrations require precision. Message me first to ensure we are the right fit.

FAQ
Do you migrate databases too?
I handle the infrastructure and app-tier migration. For database-specific work (Oracle Exadata, Autonomous DB migrations at the DBA level), message me, I'll tell you honestly if it's in my scope or refer you out.
How long does a migration take?
Depends entirely on scope. A single workload can be few days up to few weeks, a multi-tier enterprise app is can even take up to 2–6 months. Message me before ordering and I'll give you an honest estimate.
Do you handle the cutover at night / weekends?
Yes, that's included in Premium. We plan the cutover window together based on your traffic patterns.
What if something breaks during cutover?
Every migration I plan has a rollback path. We don't cut over without knowing how to undo it.
Why is the Basic tier plan-only?
Because a lot of teams just need a solid plan they can execute themselves. Cheaper for you, and I'd rather give you a great plan than a mediocre plan plus hands I can't fully commit to.
