Want your team to get answers from your own documents (handbooks, policies, product manuals, contracts) without searching through PDFs?
I will set up a private AI document assistant for you. Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown files and ask questions in plain language. Every answer shows exactly where it came from: the file name and the PDF page, so your team can check it.
Why this setup:
- Runs on YOUR computer or server. Documents stay with you.
- Uses your own Claude API key: you pay Anthropic directly for usage (usually a few cents per question), no monthly fee to me.
- Turkish and English: ask in one language about documents in the other.
- Built on my own open-source project (Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Docker).
What you get depends on the package: installation with Docker, your documents loaded, your company name in the app, a short usage guide, and for Premium a password-protected HTTPS deployment on your VPS.

My latest project is an AI assistant that answers questions about company documents and shows the source of every answer (file and PDF page). It runs on your own server with the Claude API, PostgreSQL + pgvector and Docker, so your documents stay with you.
I write clean, tested code, deliver with Docker and communicate clearly in English and Turkish.
FAQ
Do you see my documents?
No. For Basic we set it up together over a Fiverr call on your computer, and you load the documents. For server setups I only need a temporary user on the server; you can remove it after delivery.
What does it cost to run?
Claude API usage is billed by Anthropic to your own account, usually a few cents per question. There is no monthly fee to me.
Can I add documents later?
Yes. You can upload and delete documents from the web app yourself after delivery.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Only PDFs with a text layer. Scanned PDFs need OCR first. Send me a sample before ordering and I will check it for you.
