Things needed a lot of fine-tuning but in the end he delivered what I needed.

His work is good; he didn't manage to get the full amount of email addresses I asked for, but overall, he is OK. I would probably use him again, but I would have preferred for him to say that the blank addresses on the list he sent did not have any contact details, rather than me guessing.

Responses were not the most timely at the start and there were some misunderstanding initially. But Shahbaz readily edited his submissions which is greatly appreciated.
