FAQ
What Instagram automations can you create?
I can set up comment to DM, keyword replies, FAQ flows, lead qualification, contact collection, follow ups, booking links and sales sequences using ManyChat.
Can you work with my existing ManyChat account?
Yes. Your current ManyChat setup can be reviewed, improved or expanded without rebuilding everything unnecessarily.
What do you need to begin?
Please provide your Instagram page, business offer, automation goal, FAQs, preferred customer journey and secure collaborator access to ManyChat.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one simple automation, Standard for multiple connected flows, and Premium for a complete lead-generation or sales chatbot with integration.
Can you fix an automation that is not working?
ManyChat can be connected to tools such as Google Sheets, email platforms, CRMs, Calendly, Zapier or Make, depending on your package and available accounts.
Will you test the automation?
Yes. Agreed triggers, replies, buttons, actions, tags, custom fields and user paths will be tested before delivery.
Will the chatbot guarantee leads or sales?
No specific result can be guaranteed. The automation will be structured to respond faster, qualify prospects and guide them toward your intended action.
Should I message you before ordering?
Yes. Send your Instagram page, business goal and required automation so the correct package and workflow can be confirmed before you order.
