Will you automate my entire workflow?
Not in one order. I review your whole workflow, but I automate one step at a time — your single highest-impact one first (or two, on Premium). That keeps delivery fast and reliable instead of a big, open-ended overhaul.
What if my workflow is really complex — lots of steps, multiple departments or systems?
I can still take a look, but very complex or cross-department workflows may need to be scoped down or handled as a custom quote rather than a standard package. Send me an overview before ordering if you're not sure it fits.
How do you decide which step to automate first?
During the audit, I rank every bottleneck by impact — how much time or manual effort it's costing you — and automate the highest-impact one first. You'll see the full ranked list in your report either way.
Do I need to know anything about AI to work with you?
Not deep expertise, no. On Standard and Premium, I build the automation myself and hand it off ready to use. On Basic, you're getting a written audit and recommendations — a basic comfort level with your own workflow and tools helps if you're the one implementing them.
What tools do you use?
It depends on what's already in your workflow. I work with the tools you're already using where I can, and recommend new ones only when they're genuinely a better fit.
Will you need access to my accounts to build the automation?
Depends on the tool. For files like Sheets or Docs, share that file with me as Editor. For inbox-wide changes, we screen-share or use revocable delegated access. If a tool can't scope access, I'll send docs instead. Never your password. Message me for specific application questions.
Is my data/client information safe?
Yes. I have 20+ years in the legal field and take confidentiality seriously. I'll only ask for what's needed to understand the process, and can sign an NDA on request.
What happens after you deliver?
Standard and Premium include a walkthrough/support window so you're not left guessing how to use what I built. Basic is audit-only, so implementation isn't included at that tier. If you would like to move forward with automation, reach out to me for a custom quote.
Can I upgrade later if I want more automated?
Yes! Once you've used your automation for a few weeks and know what you'd want next, message me about a V2 Improvement. It's a faster, cheaper follow-up since I already know your workflow.
What do you need from me to get started?
A description (or screen-recording/screenshots) of the process as it currently works, including tools you use, and where it tends to slow you down. The more detail upfront, the more accurate the audit.
