What information do you need to start?
Please send your current inventory list and indicate the fields you want included. To calculate inventory value, I also need quantities, units, and unit purchase prices. I accept Excel, CSV, or PDF files. Please message me first if your source is a scanned document or image.
Can you calculate the total value of my inventory?
Yes. I can add formulas to calculate the value of each item and the total inventory value. You must provide the current quantity and unit purchase price for every item you want valued. I do not estimate missing prices.
Can you customize the categories and columns?
Yes. I can organize the workbook using your preferred categories, columns, units, and structure. Please send your instructions before I begin. If you do not have a preferred format, I will create a clear structure based on the information provided.
Do you perform physical inventory counts?
No. This service covers the organization, cleaning, and valuation of inventory data provided digitally by the client. Physical stock counting, on-site inspections, and accounting certification are not included.
What if my inventory contains more items than the package limit?
Please message me before ordering. I will review the number of items, file condition, and requested structure, then recommend the appropriate package or prepare a custom offer.
