Turn messy Excel or CSV files into a consistent dataset with a clear record of changes.
I remove exact duplicates, trim spaces, standardize dates/text/numbers, split columns using agreed rules and combine matching tables. Originals are preserved. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged, not invented.
Basic: 1 file, 100 rows, 20 columns, 5 rules.
Standard: up to 3 files, 5,000 total rows, 30 columns, 8 rules; append matching tables or one exact-key join.
Premium: up to 5 files, 10,000 total rows, 40 columns, 12 rules; reusable Python script and guide for the same input structure.
One item = one data row, not one cell. Row limits cover all files and sheets; all limits apply together. Deliverables: cleaned XLSX/CSV, row-count checks and an issue/change log.
Machine-readable XLSX/CSV only. No scanned or handwritten input, web research, guessed data, fuzzy matching, macros, dashboards, CRM access or new content entry.

What files and quantities are included?
XLSX/CSV plain data only. One item = one row, not one cell. Basic/Standard/Premium: 1/3/5 files and tables, 100/5,000/10,000 total rows across all files/sheets, 20/30/40 columns per table, 10/20/30 MB total. No formula models, macros, external connections or protected workbooks.
Will you remove or fill missing data?
I apply your written rules. Exact duplicates can be flagged or removed using the agreed key and retention rule. Missing or ambiguous values are kept and listed for review unless you provide an explicit replacement rule. I do not invent data.
What is included in a revision?
A revision is one consolidated request concerning the original files and agreed cleaning rules. New files, extra rows or new rules are additional scope. Errors against the agreed specification will be corrected.
What does the Premium script include?
A Python script, dependency list and instructions for repeating the agreed cleanup on the same file structure. It is tested on the supplied data. Hosting, scheduling, APIs, a graphical app and remote installation are not included.
