What file formats can you work with?
I can work with Excel (.xlsx), CSV, SQL databases, and APIs. If your data is in another format, message me first and I'll confirm I can handle it.
I don't have clean data yet — can you still help?
Yes. Data cleaning (removing duplicates, fixing data types, handling missing values) is included in every package, not an extra step.
Do you need my Power BI account, or can I keep my data private?
You don't need to share account access. You can send me the raw data file and I'll build and deliver the finished dashboard file back to you — your data stays with you.
What's the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic is one data source with a clean dashboard. Standard adds multi-table data modeling and custom DAX measures. Premium includes 5+ tables, complex DAX, and Row-Level Security for multiple user roles. Message me if you're not sure which fits.
Can you set up automatic data refresh, or is this a one-time dashboard?
Both are possible. A one-time dashboard is the default; automated refresh pipelines (Azure/Microsoft Fabric) are available as part of the Premium package or as a custom add-on.
