Q: What installer formats can you work with?
A: I can work with common Windows installer formats such as MSI and EXE, provided the application supports suitable silent installation or vendor-supported deployment methods.
Q: Will you create the .intunewin file?
A: Yes. Where appropriate, the application will be prepared as a Win32 app package for Microsoft Intune.
Q: Do you need access to my Intune tenant?
A: Only for Premium orders where you want me to configure and test the deployment directly. Basic and Standard can be completed using the installer and deployment information you provide.
Q: Will you test the application deployment?
A: Premium includes deployment testing and troubleshooting within the included scope. Basic and Standard focus on preparing the package and deployment configuration.
Q: Can you package any Windows application?
A: Not always. The installer must support an appropriate deployment method, and I will not bypass licensing, vendor restrictions or unsupported installation requirements.
Q: What do I receive when the work is complete?
A: Depending on the package, you will receive the packaged application, install and uninstall commands, detection logic, requirement rules, deployment settings and concise implementation notes.
