What file formats do you accept?
I accept structured Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files. Please upload an editable source file. PDF and image-to-Excel conversion are not included in this Gig.
Can you clean contact databases?
Yes. I can clean structured contact lists, remove duplicate records, and standardize formatting based on your instructions. I don't independently verify email addresses or phone numbers.
Can you merge multiple worksheets?
Yes, if the worksheets have compatible structures and fit your package limits. Combining separate files or matching substantially different column layouts may require a custom offer.
How do you identify duplicate rows?
By default, I remove exact duplicate rows. If duplicates should be identified using specific columns, such as email addresses or phone numbers, please specify those columns when ordering.
Can you provide a PDF version?
Yes, a PDF copy is available on request when the table can be exported in a readable layout. PDF is intended for viewing or printing; XLSX and CSV remain the editable formats.
Can you fill in missing information?
I can standardize existing values based on your instructions, but I don't invent missing data or independently research missing information.
What if my file is very messy or has an unusual structure?
Please send me a sample and describe the required result before ordering. I'll confirm whether it fits this Gig or requires a custom offer.
