Doing the same file task by hand? I can turn it into a small Bash script you can run again.
I work with Linux, Bash and Ansible and hold RHCSA and RHCE certifications. I keep the scope clear and include instructions you can follow.
BASIC one simple operation in one folder: add a filename prefix, copy files by extension, or extract log lines matching one pattern. Includes the script, a sample run and short instructions.
STANDARD one script with up to 3 agreed steps, command-line arguments and a README.
PREMIUM up to 5 agreed steps, logging, a dry-run option for file changes and a cron example.
For Ubuntu or RHEL-compatible Linux; one environment per order. Local files only. Server administration, external APIs, scraping, database work and destructive cleanup are outside these packages.
Send me your task and a small, non-sensitive sample before ordering so I can confirm the right package. One revision means adjusting the agreed task, not adding a new one.

What can I order for $5?

Which systems do you support?
Ubuntu and RHEL-compatible Linux, including an Ubuntu environment in WSL. One agreed distribution per order. Native Windows PowerShell and macOS-specific behavior are not included.
Do you need server access?
Usually no. I deliver a script you can run. Please provide anonymized sample files rather than passwords, private keys or production data.
Can you schedule the script?
Premium includes a cron example and setup instructions. Live installation or server administration is a separate scope.
What is a revision?
An adjustment to the originally agreed behavior using the same input and output requirements. New steps or a different workflow need a new scope.
