Bringing a product to life is hard. Finding the right factory, sourcing the right fabrics and trims, negotiating fair terms, verifying quality, and managing costs most brands either waste months figuring it out or pay expensive agencies to do it for them. I bridge that gap!
I provide hands-on product development and procurement services for small brands, startups, and entrepreneurs in apparel. 1. What types of products do you work with?
I specialize in apparel, fashion accessories, and home goods. If you're unsure whether your product fits, feel free to message me before ordering!
2. What's the difference between material sourcing and product verification testing?
Material sourcing is the process of finding and vetting the right fabrics, trims, and components for your product before production begins. Product verification testing is confirming that what the factory produces actually matches your specifications, checking quality, construction, and consistency
3. Do I need a tech pack or design files before we start?
Not always. For sourcing strategy and vendor outreach I can work from a general product brief. However, for material sourcing and testing services, having a tech pack, spec sheet, or at minimum a detailed description and reference images will help me get you more accurate results.
4. Do you work with overseas factories or domestic only?
Both. I source from global supplier networks including manufacturers in Asia, Latin America, and domestically in the US. My recommendation will always be based on your budget, MOQs, lead times, and quality requirements.
5. What does "contract T&C review" include?
I review your supplier or manufacturer agreements for red flags, payment terms, IP ownership, exclusivity clauses, defect liability, cancellation policies, and anything else that could put your brand at risk. I'll flag issues and recommend language changes, but please note this is not legal advice
6. How do revisions or additional rounds work if I need more than my package includes?
Additional vendor searches, testing rounds, or contract reviews beyond your package scope can be added as order extras. Message me before purchasing and I can put together a custom offer that fits your exact needs.
7. Will you communicate directly with my suppliers on my behalf?
Yes, on Standard and Premium packages I handle all vendor outreach and communication. On the Basic package I provide outreach support for one supplier. I manage timelines, questions, and follow-ups so you don't have to.
8. What do you need from me to get started?
At minimum: a description of your product, your target price range or budget, your estimated order quantity, and any timeline constraints. The more context you give me upfront, the faster and more accurately I can source the right partners for you.
