I will draw your concept cartoon

I will draw a black and white cartoon from your idea for 100. dollars. For 200. dollars I will create a color cartoon from your idea. I can also send both a color and a black and white version (taken from the color cartoon) for 300. dollars. This is great for newspapers, (political cartons) magazines, company newsletters or any other publications. Just send idea along with detailed intructions and I'll do the rest. I am an experienced cartoonist, who has drawn catoons for my base newspapter while in the U.S. Marine Corps, my University paper and worked as a weekend editorial cartoonist for the San Diego Uniion Tribune.
