What is the difference between a standard VM and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)?
A standard VM is a single server usually for one user or a specific application (like a database). Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is a managed service that allows multiple employees to use Windows 10/11 simultaneously on the same infrastructure, which is much cheaper and more secure for teams.
Can you set up a server for multiple users to work at the same time?
