I will fix email deliverability and spf dkim dmarc dns issues
Email Deliverability and DNS, SPF DKIM DMARC, Google Workspace Migration
About this Gig
Are legitimate business emails landing in spam, failing authentication, or showing DNS errors?
I will audit and correct the email-authentication foundation for your domain. Depending on your package, I can configure or repair SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, TXT and CNAME records, review common reputation and blacklist signals, test authentication, and provide a clear validation summary.
This gig is suitable for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cPanel/webmail and many common email platforms and DNS hosts.
What you receive:
Review of the current domain and email setup
DNS changes included in your package
SPF, DKIM and DMARC validation where included
Checks for duplicate or conflicting records
Post-change testing and a plain-English summary
Practical next steps if DNS is not the only cause
I bring hands-on email migration, DNS and business IT experience. I make careful changes and provide evidence you can verify after delivery.
Authentication improves sender trust, but inbox placement also depends on reputation, content, lists and engagement. I do not promise guaranteed inbox placement.
Please message me with your domain, email provider and the symptom or error before ordering.

FAQ
Will this guarantee that every email reaches the inbox?
No. Correct authentication is essential, but inbox placement also depends on sender reputation, content, list quality, engagement and recipient filtering. I will verify the factors included in your package and explain remaining risks.
Do you need my email password?
Usually no. I need authorized access to the relevant DNS host and, when DKIM or platform settings are involved, limited admin access. You may create temporary access or implement the records from my instructions.
How long do DNS changes take?
Many changes appear quickly, but global DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours. Delivery includes validation based on the records visible during the order window.
