Can you build a system specifically for my business?
Yes. Every system is built around your business processes, requirements and team rather than using a fixed template.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, especially for larger or multi-module systems. Please message me first so I can understand your requirements and recommend the correct package or create a custom offer.
Can different users have different access levels?
Yes. I can create role-based access such as Admin, Manager, Staff, Contractor or custom roles with different permissions.
Will the system work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Systems are built to be responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile. PWA/mobile install support can also be added where suitable.
Can you integrate with my existing software?
Usually, yes. If your current software provides an API or suitable integration method, I can review it and confirm what is possible before development begins.
Do I receive the source code?
Yes, unless agreed otherwise. Source code and project handover can be included so you retain control of your system.
Can you set up hosting and the database?
Yes. I can set up and deploy the system using services such as Vercel and Supabase, ideally under accounts owned by you. We can also offer hosting packages for you

Do you provide ongoing support after delivery?
Minor fixes relating to the delivered project are covered during the agreed revision period. Ongoing development, maintenance or new features can be arranged separately.
