One issue is one clearly defined problem with one expected result on one website, such as a broken form, plugin conflict, or checkout error.
Will you need website access?
For some issues, I may need temporary WordPress, staging, cPanel, or SFTP access after the order starts. Please use the least access needed and remove it after delivery.
Are premium themes or plugin licenses included?
No. Paid themes, plugins, licenses, hosting, and third-party service fees are not included. You must provide valid licensed files or access when needed.
Can you work on a live website?
Yes, when the risk is low and a recent backup exists. For sensitive changes, a staging copy is safer and may be required before I begin.
