To get started, I will need basic dimensions of the proposed deck/porch, a few photos of the existing house where it will be built. Rough hand-sketches or inspiration photos are always welcome.

No, I do not provide a licensed US engineer stamp. However, I have over 9 years of extensive experience designing decks, porches, and patios specifically for the US market. All drawings are meticulously prepared according to the International Residential Code (IRC).
What file formats will I receive upon project completion?
he standard delivery includes high-resolution, print-ready PDF files formatted to standard US blueprint sizes (such as 11x17 or Arch D 24x36). If you require the original source files (DWG/CAD format) for future edits or local revisions, they are available as an additional extra add-on for just $10.
Are your drawings compliant with US building codes?
Absolutely. I design all structures in strict accordance with the International Residential Code (IRC) and standard deck construction guides (like DCA 6). If your local municipality or HOA (Homeowners Association) has specific local amendments, guidelines, or setback requirements, please share them.
What if the city requests changes or sends comments?
It's a normal procedure, though most cities approve my plans without comments since I consider all local nuances. If you do get any feedback, just send it over, and I’ll update the drawings to help you get your permit!
