Please please please hire this artist! She’s amazing! Otte was able to bring my OC character to life based on some random scribbles and screenshots I have. This was my second time working with Otte! While the delivery took longer than the initial deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, I still loved the quality and execution of my commission.
