Q: What information do I need to provide?
Just a list of your most common customer questions and the answers. I'll send you a simple Google Form after you order. You don't need to be technical, if you can answer customer questions by email, you can fill out the form.
Q: What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?
I test thoroughly before delivery, but if you spot anything after launch, revisions are included in every package. The bot only answers questions based on information you provide - it won't make things up.
Q: Will the chatbot work on my existing website?
Yes. I'll give you a link to the chatbot that you can share directly with customers, or embed on your website. No coding required on your end.
Q: Do I need to host this myself?
No. Deployment and hosting are included. The bot will be live on a public URL immediately after delivery.
Q: Can I add more questions after delivery?
Standard and Premium packages include source codes, so you can update the FAQ list yourself. I also offer paid maintenance if you'd prefer I handle updates.
