Do you buy the products for me?
No - I design the packet and give you an exact, model-numbered shopping list with a running budget. You purchase when it suits you; prices are flagged to confirm at checkout so nothing is stale.
What if I don't know my exact budget?
Give me a ballpark and I'll design to it - the whole point is proving the numbers land under your number before you spend. You can also message me first and I'll help set a realistic target.
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Yes. List what stays and I'll design around it, sourcing only what's needed and placing everything to work together with your existing pieces.
How do I give you my room details?
After ordering you'll answer a short set of questions - room type, dimensions, budget, style, ecosystem, what you're keeping, and any must-haves. That feeds straight into the packet.
Why no 3D renders?
A render is a picture of an imaginary room — usually not to scale, and you can't buy anything in it. My deliverable is a specification: dimensions, products, prices, links, placement. The difference between a photo of a bridge and its drawings.
What do I need to send you?
Room dimensions (I send a 5-minute guided checklist), photos of the space, and two body measurements. Keeping existing furniture? Tell me — it gets engineered in, marked KEPT.
Will this work for video calls?
Yes — the Executive tier engineers your on-camera background and lighting specifically (a bright subject against a composed field), plus acoustics.
