What is tauri and why do you use it?
Tauri is a professional framework for building desktop applications that run natively on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It is what serious desktop software is built with. You do not need to know anything about it, you just get a fast, native app that works on your machine.
Will I be able to run the app without installing anything extra?
Yes. I deliver a standalone executable you can run directly. If you want a proper installer that sets everything up automatically, that is available as an add-on.
I have an idea but I am not sure if it is possible or how complex it is.

Can the app connect to the internet or external services?
