I will do amazon, shopify, etsy and ebay bookkeeping
About this Gig
Marketplace deposits rarely equal gross sales. Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and eBay can mix fees, refunds, reserves, taxes and payment activity into payouts, so I provide ecommerce bookkeeping built around settlement reconciliation rather than lump-sum deposits.
What I can handle:
- Amazon and Shopify accounting
- Etsy and eBay bookkeeping
- Marketplace payout and clearing-account reconciliation
- Fees, refunds, chargebacks and payment-gateway categorization
- Inventory and COGS bookkeeping from records you provide
- A2X mapping and reconciliation with QuickBooks Online
- P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
Packages are limited by sales channels, accounts and transaction volume. A2X work requires an active buyer-owned account where applicable. Tax return filing and legal or tax advice are not included.
Send your sales channels, bookkeeping period and approximate transaction count before ordering if your setup is complex.

FAQ
What information do you need to start?
Please provide secure QuickBooks Online access through an authorized invitation, marketplace settlement or payout reports, relevant bank or card statements, and the bookkeeping period. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
Do I need an A2X account?
A2X can connect Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay and Etsy data to accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online. If A2X is included in your scope, you need an active buyer-owned A2X account and the required platform permissions.
Can you reconcile Amazon or Shopify payouts?
Yes. I can reconcile marketplace settlement or payout reports against QuickBooks Online and the related bank or clearing accounts, including fees, refunds and other adjustments within the purchased scope.
