Do you need admin access to my account?
No. View or collaborator access to the specific scenario is enough for most fixes. If a fix needs write access, I will tell you before I start.
What if the problem turns out to be bigger than one scenario?
I will tell you within the first few hours, with a scope and a number, before doing any extra work. You are never billed for something you did not agree to.
What if it cannot be fixed on the current platform?
That happens when a tool genuinely cannot do what is being asked. I will tell you what would work instead and roughly what it costs, and you decide.
