Built a custom webhook scenario in Make.com with a router that directed data into two automated paths: one creating new records in Google Sheets and sending confirmation emails via Gmail, and the other updating existing records while triggering internal notifications. This integration eliminated duplicate entries, reduced manual data handling, ensured accurate real-time reporting, and improved operational communication between sales and operations teams.
