Can you work with SAP PM data?
Yes. I can work with data exported from SAP PM, including work orders, notifications, maintenance plans, equipment data and maintenance cost information. Direct SAP integration is not included unless agreed separately.
What data do I need to provide?
Excel or CSV files are ideal. Please include the relevant dates, equipment IDs, work orders, downtime, failure information, costs or other variables needed for your KPIs.
Can you calculate MTBF, MTTR and availability?
Yes. I can create DAX measures and visualizations for MTBF, MTTR, availability, downtime, backlog, maintenance compliance and other reliability KPIs when the required data is available.
Can you clean and transform my data?
Yes. Data cleaning and transformation with Power Query are included in the Standard and Premium packages according to the agreed scope.
Will I receive the Power BI file?
Yes. Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive the editable .pbix file and the final dashboard.
