Yes. You can cancel one part of a Milestone within an order, or the whole order through the Resolution Center or through Customer Support, for valid reasons.

When will I be charged?
You will be charged for the first Milestone when placing the order. Once a Milestone is approved and you initiate the next Milestone, you’ll be charged for the following Milestone.

You can contact the seller and ask them to send you a custom offer—using Milestones.

Into how many Milestones can I divide my project?
