Do I need to send the product before I place an order?
Yes, please! To ensure your delivery timeline is accurate, I ask that you message me first to discuss the project. Once we agree on the details, you can ship the product. Please do not place the order until the product is in my hands to avoid any shipping delays affecting the gig timer.
Do you provide the script, or do I need to send one?
I can do either! If you have a specific script, I am happy to follow it. However, if you would like me to be authentic and utilize my professional background to craft a high-conversion script based on your brand goals, I will gladly do that as well.
Can you accommodate rush orders for tight deadlines?
I understand that marketing schedules move fast. If you need your content delivered within 24–48 hours of my receiving the product, please select the "Fast Delivery" extra. I prioritize these orders to ensure you meet your campaign launch dates.
Do you return the products once the video is filmed?
Generally, products are not returned due to the logistics of shipping and the potential wear from filming/testing. If you require a high-value item to be returned, please include a pre-paid return shipping label in the package and let me know during our initial message.
What is your policy on "raw footage"?
Raw footage (all the unedited clips and outtakes) is not included in the standard package. However, many brands find it useful for their own in-house editors. You can purchase the rights to the raw, unedited files as a gig extra during checkout.
How do revisions work?
My goal is for you to love the final product! I offer one free revision to cover technical errors or editing adjustments (like text overlays or music volume). Please note that revisions do not cover "re-filming" unless there was a mistake in following the agreed-upon script or brand guidelines.
