Simple errors are usually fixed quickly. Complex problems that involve the database or several plugins take longer, and I will tell you once I have seen the error.
Is my live site safe while you work on it?
Yes. I diagnose first and change as little as needed. Where a fix is risky, I will tell you before I touch it.
What if the same error comes back?
Message me with what you are seeing. If it is the same error on the same part of the site, I will look at it again and explain what changed.
