Hi, I'm Paloma! A U.S.-born, Spain-based coach for high-achievers whose success has gotten ahead of them.
I help with two things at once: the mindset that's driving the chaos, and the systems that keep it from coming back. That second part comes from my work in project management, so you get the questions that bring clarity and the structure that makes clarity stick.
I'm also a self-taught web developer and UI/UX designer. I've built products for my own ventures and other startups, which is where I learned that most "I can't get it together" problems are design problems at heart.
